I haven't been doing a very good job of keeping this updated... but here's an attempt to catch up! I posted some of the emails that I've sent to family and friends before this.
Gracie started really trying to talk last evening with Sarah. She is learning about her voice, and she squeals and jabbers and it's just so cute!!! We got some movies of it, and they're great!!!
Last week I took her for her 2 months shots, quite a bit late, but they're done now. She cried when she got the shots, but she quit pretty soon after that. She was a bit grumpy for a few days, and she may have slept a bit more, but she wasn't really affected much by the shots.
I got hit with allergies the day after that, and it was rough for a few days! I'm still congested a little, but I'm doing pretty well with taking care of Gracie and being a little sick.
She's been sleeping anywhere from 3-7 hours at night without waking up. Most of the time she sleeps 4-5 hours, then gets up for a feeding and then she sleeps a few more hours. Most days she naps around 11, and then maybe sometime later in the afternoon. She doesn't sleep a lot during the day though, and I wonder if she needs more sleep than she gets. She isn't all that grumpy or anything, at least until the evening.
Guess that's all I can think of for now... Gracie is in the highchair next to me, and not real thrilled, cause she is a bit bored since she doesn't really play with toys much yet, except for the ones on her bouncy seat.
